ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — An early No. 21 Central Oklahoma goal downed Griffon Soccer on Friday night in a 1-0 decision at Tom Thompson Field.
The Bronchos (9-1, 4-1-1 MIAA) scored 5:07 into the match thanks to a goal by Amaya Grace, which was assisted by Harmony Turner. The Griffons (3-7-1, 1-4-1 MIAA) outshot the Bronchos 19-16 but couldn't get any of their eight shots on goal to find the mark.
