KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Missouri Western MB Ali Tauchen and OH Allie Kerns were selected 2021 All-MIAA Second Team honorees in balloting among the league's coaches, as announced today by the league office. It is the third All-MIAA honor for Tauchen, who was recognized as a second team selection in 2018 and a first team selection in 2019, also earning honorable mention and Freshman of the Year honors in 2017.

For Kerns, it is her first All-MIAA team selection, although she was recognized as an honorable mention selection in 2019. MB Danielle Moje was also recognized as an Honorable Mention All-MIAA selection, her second such accolade.

Central Missouri's Audrey Fisher was named the 2021 MIAA Player of the Year, with Northwest Missouri State's Payton Kirchhoefer earning Freshman of the Year accolades. Flip Piontek of Central Missouri was selected by his peers as the 2021 MIAA Coach of the Year.
