ST. JOSEPH – Griffon men's basketball travels to Washburn on Wednesday night for a 7:30 p.m. game at Lee Arena.
 
Missouri Western's Lavon Hightower is coming off a career-high 24 points on Saturday, Feb. 3. It was Hightower's 15th game this season where he has scored in double-figures. The Griffons also hit a season-best 14 three-point field goals against the Blue Tigers.

• Cole Clearman needs one point for 1,000 career points and one three-point field goals to break the program record for three-pointers in a career
• Last time Missouri Western played in Topeka was on March 1, 2016, it became the first 11 seed to win a MIAA Tournament game by beating Washburn 70-54
