ST. JOSEPH – Missouri Western Women's Basketball (5-5, 1-1 MIAA) will return to the hardwood for three games next week. The Griffons will have had 10 days off before their game against Adams State on Sunday.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR
- Sunday's matchup with Adams State will be Missouri Western's final non-conference game of the season. The Griffons are 4-4 this season in non-conference play.
- Katrina Roenfeldt will be coming off an MIAA Athlete of the Week honor last week. Roenfeldt is averaging 21 points and five rebounds over her last three games.
- The Griffons are still in search of their first true road win of the season, having lost both road games so far this season by double-digits.
- The Griffons will be looking for their third-straight win on Sunday, which would give them their longest winning streak of the season.
- Missouri Western has had the edge over Northeastern State in recent years. The RiverHawks have not deafeated the Griffons since Dec. 19, 2013.
