ST. JOSEPH – Missouri Western Volleyball enters the final week of the regular season with two important games remaining on its schedule. The Griffons travel to No. 6 Nebraska Kearney on Friday before finishing the regular season at Fort Hays State on Saturday.

5 THINGS TO WATCH
- With the top-8 making the MIAA Championships, the Griffons currently sit in a three-way tie for seventh. Missouri Western needs at least one win to give themselves a chance to win the tiebreaker and qualify for the postseason tournament.
- Missouri Western has hit very well in its last three games, hitting .216, .323, and .435 as a team during that stretch.
- Lauren Murphy will be coming off of an impressive weekend. Murphy averaged 12 assists per set in the Griffons' two sweeps.
- Missouri Western has not lost to Fort Hays State in eight straight games, dating back to October 2012.
- The Griffons faced Nebraksa Kearney in the last weekend of the regular season last year, defeating the No. 5 Lopers in four sets.

- Stephanie Doak remains second in the MIAA with 3.78 kills per set.
- Rachel Losch has jumped to second in the MIAA with a .353 hitting percentage,
- Audrey Keim has been productive for the Griffon defense all season and averages 5.38 digs per set.
- Missouri Western's opponents are hitting just .171 this season.
- The Griffons average 2.04 blocks per set, good for third in the MIAA.

- Nebraska-Kearney is in first place in the MIAAÂ standings with 14 conference wins.
- The Lopers are the best defensive team in the conference, holding their opponents to a .098 hitting percentage,
- The Lopers have a very balanced attack offensively with four players averaging over two kills per set.
- Lindsey Smith is the team's primary setter and averages 10.77 assists per set.
