ST. JOSEPH – Griffon volleyball opens conference play on the road as they travel to Lindenwood and #15 Central Missouri. MWSU starts conference play on the road for back-to-back seasons.
 
MISSOURI WESTERN
Missouri Western is 6-7 on the season … Stephanie Doak leads the MIAA in kills (174) and second for kills per set (3.95) … Lauren Murphy ranks second in the conference for assists per set (10.85) and fifth for assists (423) … Kayla Ruff is fourth in the league for both digs (240) and digs per set (5.22) … As a team, the Griffons are third in the MIAA for assists (563) and digs per set (18.330) … Fifth in assists per set (12.24), kills (13.17), total blocks (91) and blocks per set (1.98) … Last season, Missouri Western beat #11 Central Missouri in five sets and swept Lindenwood at the MWSU Fieldhouse.
