ST. JOSEPH – Missouri Western looks to avoid the season sweep against the Mules. The Griffons will play their final home game of the season starting at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday night. MWSU is still looking for playoff positioning in the MIAA standings.

The Series
The Griffons trail the all-time series 34-27 to the Mules. The Griffons suffered a 74-59 loss last time out against Central Missouri in the first MIAA game of the season. The Griffons have lost eight straight games to the Mules.

The Coaches
Brett Weiberg is in his third season at Missouri Western and tenth as a head coach overall. He is 29-43 in his time at Missouri Western and 167-148 overall. Prior to becoming the head coach at Missouri Western, Weiberg spent seven seasons as head coach at Northern Oklahoma College.

Doug Karleskint is in his second season as head coach at Central Missouri, holding a 39-20 overall record in the two seasons. His career mark is 129-54 in his sixth season as a head coach.
