Missouri Western's soccer team lost a nail-biter last weekend against Northwest Missouri State, falling 1-0 in double overtime. It was the second-straight game that went into extra minutes for the Griffons.
The Griffons host Central Oklahoma at 7 p.m. Friday and close the weekend with a noon game against Northeastern State on Sunday, September 30.

st with a 3-0 record in the MIAA and are 8-1 overall. Brittni Walker has six goals this season leading the way for the Bronchos. This is the first match between the two schools.
About Northeastern State: The Riverhawks are 6-1 and 5
th in the MIAA with a 2-1 record. They started out with a 6-0 record before losing their first game last Sunday to Truman State 4-2. Rachel Sordahl has a team-high eight goals despite only playing in five games. This is the first meeting between the two teams.
