Maegan Roemmich had an outstanding week for the Griffons going 7-for-11 with six runs scored two home runs and 13 RBI. Roemmich opened up the weekend going 5-for-5 with five runs scored, seven RBI and two home runs in a doubleheader with the Washburn Lady Blues. Roemmich then preceeded to get a hit in her first two at bats on Saturday against Emporia State which included scoring the game winning run in game. one. She had a 1.182 slugging percentage with one walk. She also had a .667 on-base percentage to go along with six put outs.
