Madeline Simmons

Starting her full-time compliance career in March of 2021, Simmons served as Minot State's associate AD for compliance, as well as the department's senior woman administrator, overseeing student life and academic success. She was also appointed the university's diversity and inclusion designee.

During her time in Minot, Simmons held many responsibilities, such as coordinating and implementing NCAA, ACHA, NSIC and institutional rules and regulations for 17 varsity sports. She also maintained and monitored all proper internal and external forms, supervised multiple teams, provided academic advisement for student-athletes' academic progress and fulfilled many more roles.

Simmons' compliance experience started in June of 2020, working as an intern at Oklahoma Baptist. During her time at OBU, she helped oversee Bison Men's and Women's Tennis as an assistant coach from September of 2018 to March of 2021. Her tennis playing career saw great success, as she graduated from Midwestern State in 2016 with an overall record of 113-40, placing her sixth all-time in program history.
