Alec Huhman joins Missouri Western Athletics as a Sports Performance Coach.
Huhman most recently served as an Assistant Strength Coach for Texas State University football and basketball in the 2024-25 school year.
Prior to that, he had spent two years as an Associate Strength Coach for Olympic Sports at Colorado Mesa University from 2021-2023. He spent that same period of time as a Personal/Group Trainer at Grand Valley Strength & Fitness in Grand Junction, CO.
Huhman was also an Armored Vehicle Crewman for the United States Marine Corps from 2017-2021.
Huhman is a native of Columbia, Missouri. He played linebacker for the Colorado Mesa University football team. He received his Masters in Exercise Science from Texas State in 2025 and his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Colorado Mesa in 2023.
