Outlook: A very versatile player who is equally comfortable at third base or second base...is a fun player to watch in that she truly loves the game and plays it hard.

2014 season: Played in 29 games mostly as a pinch runner...she had one at bat and scored 10 runs...she stole one base.

High School: Shelby Elliott is a 5-1 infielder from Platte City, Mo...played at Platte County High School where she was coached by Rob Davenport...was named All-District and All-Conference...won numerous team awards as well as being a team captain for Platte County...an excellent student being a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Her sister, Sarah, played for the Griffons and was the starting third baseman for two years...also has another sister Sam that attends Missouri Western and played for the Griffons last season...plans on majoring in elementary education...is the daughter of her dad Steve Elliott and mom Stacy Burress...favorite food is Ben & Jerry's half baked ice cream...favorite candy is rolo's...dream vacation would be to Greece...favorite professional sports team is the St. Louis Cardinals...favorite professional athlete is Mia Hamm...her sisters have had the most influence on her life...favorite movie is "A Walk to Remember"...favorite television show is "The Big Bang Theory."
