BEFORE MWSU

Rader also earned a spot on the All-MIAA Second Team for her pitching abilities. The team went on to participate in the MIAA conference tournament after the regular season.

In the 2023 season, Kinnaird oversaw the development of freshman Harley Pruetting and senior Sam Pederson. Pederson had the best team record with a 1.72 ERA during the season, earning a spot on the All-MIAA Second Team and an MIAA All-Tournament Team nod for the postseason conference tournament.

Pruetting, in her debut season as a Griffon, had an impressive 2.14 ERA, which earned her an honorable mention on the All-MIAA selections for the 2023 season.
