Ashley Schilling enters her second year at Missouri Western as Graduate Assistant Coach.
She comes to Missouri Western after spending 2017-2018 as Assistant Coach at Cincinnati Christian University where she helped guide the Eagles to a 25-21 overall record in the 2017 season.
Schilling earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotions from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

During her time at Minnesota Duluth, Schilling was a four-year member of the Bulldog Softball team. She became a primary starter in the outfield in her junior and senior seasons, starting 94 of 98 games as an upperclassman. Schilling finished her career with the Bulldogs with a .285 career batting average. Her best-hitting season came as a junior when she had the sixth-highest batting average on the team at .310. She also led the Bulldogs in fielding percentage as a junior at .980, committing only one error the entire season. Schilling was second on the team in stolen bases as a senior, stealing successfully on 24 of her 25 stolen base attempts.
Schilling will be pursuing her master's in Sport and Fitness Management at Missouri Western.
