Dalton Franks joined Missouri Western Football as a graduate assistant in the spring of 2021 to work with the defensive line. Franks previously served as Co-Special Teams Coordinator and Inside Linebackers Coach at Texas High School in Texarkana, Texas. He also has extensive experience at the collegiate level, having worked as a Restricted Earnings Coach at Stephen F. Austin. From 2016 to 2018, he worked with the defensive line and linebackers at Stephen F. Austin. Franks holds a bachelor's degree in history from Stephen F. Austin and is currently pursuing his master's degree in Educational Assessment at Missouri Western.Â
