Outlook: Great change of direction guy...plays very physical with great acceleration...plays bigger then his size.

2015 season: Second team All-MIAA...third team Don Hansen All-Region...Tom Smith Career Achievement Award...rushed for 1,188 yards -- third 1,000-yard season of career...rushed for seven touchdowns...averaged 4.8 yards per carry...averaged 108 yards per game...second Griffon to rush for 4,000 yards in his career and ranks second all-time at MWSU with 4,234 rushing yards...his 750 rushing attempts rank second all-time...31 career rushing touchdowns rank fourth all-time...finished career with 5.6-yard per carry average.

2014 season: Earned first team All-MIAA...named to thrid team Don Hansen All-Super Region Three Team...played in all 11 games and started 10 of those...finshed the season with 1,126 total rushing yards on 243 carries...season high rushing yards was against Fort Hays State with 165 yards...averaged 4.6 yards per carry throughout the season...caught 18 passes for 103 total yards...had seven rushing touchdowns as well 

2013 season: Named second team All-MIAA for the first time in his career...finished the season rushing for 1,312 yards on 198 carries and 12 touchdowns...averaged 119.3 yards per game which is first in the MIAA and 19th in the nation...ran for over 100 yards six times this season and over 200 yards once which was at Central Oklahoma when he went for 221 yards on 24 carries...caught 21 passes for 150 yards. Spencer was named MIAA Player of the Week on November 11, 2013 for his 193 yards two touchdown performance at Washburn in a 34-31 victory...currently 9th all-time in rushing with 1,920 yards in his career. Spencer also earned Don Hansen All-Region second team honors and honorable mention Don Hansen All-America honors...MIAA Offensive Player of the Week (November 11).

2012 season: Saw valuable playing time, playing in 13 games...had 63 rushes for 608 yards...averaged 9.7 yards per carry...had two catches for 12 yards...scored five touchdowns, including one against Henderson State on Nov. 24, 2012 in the second round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs which helped the Griffons win 45-21.

2011 season: Redshired

High School: 1st Team All-Conference...rushed for 2,001 yards on 254 carries to go along with 27 touchdowns...had two completions for 49 yards and a touchdown...nominated for one of the 2010 Simone Awards (12th Annual Frank Fontana Award) the most outstanding small school (MO 1-4, KS 1A-4A) football player.
