2021-22 MIAA HONOR ROLL

2022 (OUTDOOR): 1st once and 3rd twice in the 4x400 with a best time of 3:45.13... 1st twice, 2nd once and 3rd once in the 4x100 with a best of 46.18 personally... 2nd in the 4x100 with 46.32 and 3rd in the 4x400 with 3:45.13 at the MIAA Championships... finished 7th in the 4x100 with 46.28 at the NCAA Championships.  

2021 (OUTDOOR): 1st in the 4x100 at the Central Nebraska Challenge with 47.03, 1st in the 4x400 at the Wichita State Open with 3:51.35… 3rd in the 4x100 with 47.41 and 7th in the 100 with 12.19 at the MIAA Championships.

2021 (INDOOR): 3rd in the 60 with 7.65 in the 2021 MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. 

2019-2020 (INDOOR): 1st twice in the 60 with a best of 7.72, 3rd in the 200 with 25.60. 

2019 (OUTDOOR): 1st in the 100 at the SBU Invite with 11.97. 

2018-2019 (INDOOR): 1st twice, 2nd once and 3rd once in the 60 with a best of 7.64, 3rd twice in the 200 with a best of 24.74 and 1st in the 4x400 3:50.72 at the 2019 Nebraska Tune Up with 3:50.72… 6th in the 200 with 24.74 and 4th in the 60 with 7.63 at the MIAA Championships.
