2022 (OUTDOOR): 1st in the ESU Midwest Classic in the 4x400 3:18.95... 8th in the 4x400 with 3:15.78 at the MIAA Championships 

2021 (INDOOR): 3rd in the 1000 with 2:34.97 at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic… 8th in the 4x400 with 3:18.57 at the MIAA championships.

2020-21 (INDOOR): 2nd in the 4x800 with 8:10.56 and 3rd in the 600 yd with 1:15.43 at the Northwest Open… 6th in the 4x400 with 3:17.78 at the MIAA Championships

2018-19 (INDOOR): 2nd in the 600 yd and 4x400 with 1:17.14 and 3:33.38… 7th in DMR with 10:23.13 at the MIAA Championships.

2019-19 (INDOOR): Ran a personal best in the 600m run with a time of 1:24.84 at the Graduate Classic ... also tallied PRs in the 600yd (1:14.45), the 400m (50.86) and the 800m (1:56.19)

2018-19 (INDOOR): 2nd in the 600 yd and 4x400 with 1:17.14 and 3:33.38… 7th in DMR with 10:23.13 at the MIAA Championships.

2018-19 (INDOOR): Competed in the 600yd and 800m, as well as contributed on the 4x400 meter relay team ... tallied four top-10 finishes individually, including a second place finish in the 600yd run at the UCM Mule Relays
