ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – MoWest Athletics has announced the addition of Megan Kolbe as its new Coordinator of Creative Services.
"I'm incredibly excited to join MoWest Athletics and have the opportunity to help shape the fan experience and tell the stories of our student-athletes in new and exciting ways!" Kolbe said.
Kolbe joins the Griffons with a background in photography, videography, editing, motion graphics, 3D modeling, visual effects and digital storytelling. She is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Maya, Unity 3D and Unreal Engine.
Most recently, Kolbe worked as a Video Production Intern with the Lincoln Saltdogs, assisting with livestream production, in-game graphics, promotional content and broadcast camera operations. She also currently works as an editor with North Sea Films, where she edits video and creates graphics and digital content for commercial and internal projects.
Kolbe also worked with Volleyball360 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Producer, Lead VFX and Interactive Developer. In that role, she filmed 360-degree footage of Nebraska women's volleyball matches, practices and campus activities while creating motion graphics and titles. She also managed 360 camera equipment, ambisonic microphones and data while developing an interactive recruiting story using Unity and Stornaway for the Meta Quest platform.
Her previous creative experience includes work as a photographer, videographer and editor with YMCA Camp Kitaki and freelance clients. Kolbe also served as an Adobe Student Ambassador, where she trained peers in Adobe software and created social media content.
A 2025 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kolbe earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Johnny Carson Center for Emerging Media Arts.
Kolbe will assist in developing creative services, visual storytelling and live broadcast production for MoWest Athletics in her role as Coordinator of Creative Services.
