ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - A season for the record books.
In the MoWest Athletics mission of classroom, competition and community, the Fall, 2025 semester culminated with a historic combination of "the three c's". A department-wide record GPA, a pair of conference championships, all-american honors and a nationally-recognized community service project are just a few highlights from a record-setting fall.

3.29 - Athletics Department-wipe G.P.A. - tied for the highest GPA semester in MWSU history.
Community
5,300 - elementary and middle school students from
37 area schools in attendance for "Field Trip With the Griffs" Education Day basketball games
25,000 - Missouri high school football fans hosted at Spratt Stadium for 7 MSHSAA Show Me Bowl State Football Championships
2,276 - community service hours logged by MWSU athletics teams
$6,500 - raised for "Griffs Giving Gifts" Initiative, led by award-winning MWSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (adopted eight large families in need for Christmas)
