ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Missouri Western State University head football coach Tyler Fenwick has announced that Patrick St. Louis has been retained on the coaching staff at Missouri Western and will serve as running backs coach.
St. Louis returned to his alma mater in 2017 as run game coordinator and offensive line coach, and served as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach since 2018.
"I know Coach St. Louis from his time as a player, and I know he has the respect of our team," said Fenwick. "I am happy that he will be staying on staff and remaining a vitally important part of the Griffon football program."
St. Louis helped mentor an offense in 2021 that averaged 34 points per game and racked up over 200 yards per game on the ground, averaging over five yards per carry.
Prior to returning to his alma mater, St. Louis spent seven seasons over two stints at Morehead State, serving in a variety of roles from graduate assistant, director of football operations, recruiting coordinator, offensive line coach, and offensive coordinator. He also served as offensive line coach at Olivet College.
A 2008 graduate of Missouri Western with a Bachelor's in Physical Education, St. Louis received his Master of Arts in Education degree from Morehead State in 2010.
