WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Griffon volleyball (7-8) fell to #15 Central Missouri (11-3) 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-18).
 
QUICK START    
Missouri Western won the first set of the match 25-22 to take an early 1-0 match lead. MWSU had 13 kills and hit .344 in the set. The Griffons outhit the Jennies by .153 percent in the opening match.
 
BLOCKADE  
Missouri Western ended the match with eight total blocks (16 block assists), four more than Central Missouri. MWSU was led by Ali Tauchen and Rachel Losch with four block assists apiece.
 
DEFENSIVE LEAD
Kayla Ruff finished with a match-high 21 digs in the match. Ruff has 20 or more digs in four consecutive games. She also has recorded at least 20 digs in seven of the last eight games.
