ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – After two more wins on Saturday at the Ronnie Hawkins Invitational, the Missouri Western softball team is 4-0 for the first time since 2003.
The Griffons dispatched co-host Henderson State 4-0 in the day's first game before taking care of Northeastern State, 6-2.

- Shelbie Atwell went 6-for-7 at the plate with three doubles and three runs scored
- Morgan Rathmann was 3-for-7 with two runs scored, a double and a stolen base
- Sydney Washington and Katie Klosterman both homered in the win over Northeastern State
- Billingsley recorded the shutout of Henderson State, pitching all seven innings and allowing just three hits with six walks and two strikeouts
- Hilzer picked up the win in game two, allowing three hits in six innings of work
