ST. JOSEPH - An old MIAA rivalry will be renewed Tuesday night in the MWSU Fieldhouse as the Missouri Western women's basketball team hosts Truman State in a non-conference game.

Missouri Western is looking to avoid consecutive losses after its recent win streak ended at six with a loss at then No. 10 Central Missouri last week. Truman State enters 2-0 in the GLVC and 6-2 overall. It's the third game against a former MIAA foe so far this season for Truman State after a win over Missouri Southern and a loss to Washburn. The teams haven't faced off since 2012 and MWSU leads the all-time series 50-18.
