ST. JOSEPH – Griffon volleyball continues its four match road trip this weekend. MWSU has won four of its last five matches and is fourth in the MIAA standings.  
 
MISSOURI WESTERN
Missouri Western is 11-9 on the season and 5-2 in the MIAA … Lauren Murphy ranks first in the MIAA for assists per set (11.37)  and third in assists (705) … Stephanie Doak is second in the conference for kills per set (4.06) and kills (276) … Kayla Ruff is third in the league for digs (377) and fourth in digs per set (5.39) … As a team, the Griffons lead the MIAA for digs per set (18.74) … third for digs (1312) … fourth for assists per set (12.73), assists (891) kills per set (13.49)

The Bronchos are 20-1 on the season and 7-0 in league play … UCO and MWSU played three common opponents in the non-conference … Central Oklahoma leads the MIAA in hitting percentage (.268) and blocks per set (2.30) … second in the conference in kills per set (13.97) … third in the league with assists per set (12.90) …fourth for aces per set (1.18) … fifth in kills (950), total blocks (156.5), block assists (247), solo blocks (33), service aces (80) … This is the tenth meeting all-time between the two programs.
