Coming off three wins in the Washburn Crossover Tournament, Missouri Western is set to go back on the road, this time to take on Fort Hays State Tuesday night at 7 p.m.

Freshman Jessie Thorup has a team-high 161 kills. Stephanie Hattey and Amanda Boender are right behind Thorup with 154 and 153 kills respectively. Hattey leads the team in assists with 448, and freshman Jordan Chohon is second with 268.

As a team, the Griffons have 924 kills and are hitting with a .187 percentage, slightly ahead of their opponents, who have 910 kills and are hitting with a .181 percentage.

MWSU is 12-8 and 3-4 in the conference, good for 8^th place in the conference. Hays is 17-6 overall and 3-3 in the conference. Fort Hays is just ahead of Missouri Western in the MIAA Standings, sitting at 6^th overall. The Griffons hold a 27-12 record against the Tigers.

Fort Hays has 981 team kills, and Kayla Zoglman has 658 assists to set the Tigers up with hits.
