Garrett starts his second year at MWSU serving as the graduate assistant coach where he works with the throwers.
2019-2020
The throwers broke two school records (Women's Shot Put and Men's Weight Throw) during the indoor season. Unfortunately, the 2020 outdoor season was cancelled due to Covid-19.
Garrett Graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA where he was a six-time IIAC scorer in the throws. He currently holds the Weight Throw and Hammer Throw records at BVU. Coach Rohlk also was also a two-time IIAC Academic All-Conference (2017 & 2018) selection, 2018 USTFCCCA All-Academic and 2018 BVU Male student-athlete of the year.
